REFUND & CHANGE POLICIES

East Coast Hui DOES NOT REFUND money for absence due to last minute illness, injuries, poor planning and any unforeseen issues of any kind. We offer rescheduling upon availability as we plan staffing according to the number of campers. We will do our best to accommodate your camper later in the summer, but due to high demand we cannot guarantee there will be a spot. 

Changes will not be made less than 30 days prior to registration week and an additional fee of $50 will applied if we do make a changes to the registratio. 

We do not make up days missed so please plan accordingly. 

We require a minimum of ten campers to hold each session. If by chance we do not meet the minimum requirements we will cancel the week and you can choose another week. We will not refund only reschedule to another week and we will turn the registration over to the following season.

Any changes made to reservations will result in an additional $50 fee. Thank you
